About Us

Adrenaline was created by Danielle Chevalier in April 2009. It began as a small fitness class in Belle River's Optimist park, where she led her group through challenging, unique, efficient, and results oriented workouts. Danielle's style of training was a "fresh" way of working out that led to results. There is no beating around the bush, her workouts are hard, but they breed true results. The word of Danielle's training style and technique spread like wildfire as members began building the strength and confidence they were looking for. Danielle began to train sports teams, professional athletes and large groups. Her philosophy to training is simple "build your body from the core out, when your core is strong, greatness build outwards and results come quick". Danielle's understanding and over 10 years of experience in physical training, has given her the opportunity and time to develop a versatile portfolio of exercises, workouts, and drills that keeps your body guessing and changing beyond your wildest dreams. Adrenaline's goal goes beyond dream arms, legs, and rock-cut abs.
